Donald Trump is actively seeking the answer the ultimate question surrounding Barack Obama. Is he a United States citizen.

In recent weeks, Trump, who is considered a possible Republican contender for president, has been calling Obama out everywhere on the subject of the elusive birth certificate. This controversy has gained momentum when the governor of Hawaii promised to produce it and then failed. Now Trump has taken up the crusade.

What does the Obama campaign think about Trump's efforts. They are cheering him on. David Plouffe says he hopes Trump keeps rising in the polls.

Trump’s rising profile, Plouffe argued, is becoming a problem for Republicans, especially as the high-profile businessman investigates the president’s birth records. “There is zero chance that Donald Trump would ever be hired by the American people to do this job,” he said. “There may be a small part of the country that believes these things, but mainstream Americans think it’s a sideshow.”

You know, if the elusive birth certificate is in fact a Kenyan birth certificate, it will now be protected by the powers that be within the federal government to protect the institution of the office. You know how these things work behind closed door, and the Obama campaign knows this birth certificate controversy will never be exposed because it would create chaos unknown in this country around the executive branch if in fact that is the truth.

Many decades from now, I have a feeling it will be proven Obama was not a natural citizen of the United States, but only when it's long gone in the rear view mirror. This is the peace the Obama administration and campaign have.
