Jessie Jackson Evokes Racism to Describe Budget Battle: The Second American Civil War

Well isn't it nice Barack Obama is finally showing his true colors. In recent days he has been seen with the race baitin' pimps Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. As well, they have decided to arrive at the fight in Washington DC now Republicans are in control of the House, and they didn't leave their race baitin' tactics at home either.

Jesse Jackson is comparing the budget battle to the Civil War. First off, it shows Jackson's ignorance of the Civil War since slavery was never the major issue of the Civil War.

“[T]his really is a Civil War fight,” Jackson said. “This is making the federal government dysfunctional on the 150th anniversary of the Civil War. These guys will support three wars. They’ll support tax dodgers. They’ll support the wealthiest Americans getting tax breaks. They want to cut into education and health care. This is an ideological battle.”

Who are these wealthy Americans Jackson complains about? Well I bet you they aren't his kind of wealthy Americans--cause you know Jesse ain't helping too many of his fellow brothers with his wealth. It's the rich white guys, and Jackson is basically calling them the plantation owners in his statement.

How do we know this? Because the Reverend Jackson doesn't know when to shut up. He carries on...

"You have those who believe in states’ rights and those who believe in a more perfect union,” he said. “States’ right are anti-civil rights, anti-workers’ right to bargain, anti-social justice, pro-rich and significantly insensitive to poor people — that was the great divide 150 years ago and it’s the great divide today in the ideological sense.”

Really Mr. Jackson? So Abraham Lincoln who agitated the start of the Civil War at Fort Sumter and said he could care less if the slaves were freed both in his inaugural address and in letters to Horace Greeley is who you are going to hide behind to make this budget battle a civil rights battle? You really don't have any shame Mr. Jackson.
