The TSA Hopes to Install 200 More Naked Full Body Scanners in Airports Before December 31, 2010

They don't care what you think anymore in the federal government. You are sadly mistaken if you think they do. Here's the perfect example. Currently the big controversy in the United States is over these intrusive naked full body scanners and pat downs of the genitalia regions by the TSA. Even though there is no federal mandate that requires any airport in the United States to be occupied by the TSA for security reasons according to Byron York, the federal government is spending more of your tax dollars on these unpopular scanners knowing airports have the right to kick the TSA off their premises.

Currently there are 300 naked full body scanners installed at TSA checkpoints in 60 airports. The TSA has a goal to have 200 more installed before the end of the year for a total of 500. They don't care what you think. They want your compliance.

Consider these two quotes. The first is from Janet Napolitano in 2010 America:

"It's all about security," Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said. "It's all about everybody recognizing their role."

Now lets go back to what founding father Benjamin Franklin had to say about all this:

"Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."
