As reported earlier today a woman named Corinne at LAX showed up in a black bikini. Now a tweeter named mrswatermelon says the naked body scanners weren't used at LAX today and they were roped off. Is this an admission by the TSA these things aren't worth the hassle on the busiest travel day of the year? What color is the terrorist alert today?
It's not just LAX either. As you can see from the collection of tweets, other fliers are reporting the scanners weren't used today. Like I said, is this an admission by the TSA that we can fly safe without having to be harassed?
No doubt the TSA harassment will return. They were probably worried us silly people who love freedom were going to ruin travel for millions simply by opting out today, and thus surrendering before allowing the American people to show any strength. Like the Tea Party movement, the government worries when the American people are strong. They simply neutralized the threat today. As you can see other airports include Seattle Tacoma and San Jose.
