Like Obamacare, Congress is Exempt From Having to Go Through TSA Checkpoints, Naked Body Scanners, and Groping Pat Downs

I have wondered why few Congressmen seem willing to challenge the Department of Homeland Security--especially when you consider this bureaucracy is doing the job of Congress and legislating from within. Look at these new airport security measures, they weren't passed by Congress and signed into law by the President. No, they were enacted from within the Department of Homeland Security for the TSA, and yet Americans everywhere are being subjected to this unconstitutional authority.

Perhaps there is a good reason few members of Congress are willing to challenge the powers that be. They happen to be exempt from the naked full body scans and getting their junk touched. This was confirmed earlier by Republican Chair Michael Steele, who commented on the fact that John Boehner has a pass that allows him to go to his gate when flying without being felt up.

So once again, like Obamacare, we see Congress lives by a separate set of rules than the American people. This one is more serious than Obamacare because of the fact that Congress passed Obamacare and they didn't pass these new security measures. That means the TSA took the power away from Congress to create laws making Congress irrelevant, so they get their free opt out card today and smile but the real crime is they don't even care enough to challenge the fact that laws are being passed within bureaucracies.
