FCC, Not Congress, Is Moving to Censor the Internet: Net Neutrality Means Game Over

There is a real problem that is taken place in Washington DC. Federal bureaucracies with no Constitutional power are beginning to legislate and shape policy. We have seen it with the Department of Homeland Security and its TSA, as they have resorted to feeling people up and calling it national security without Congressional approval. It now looks like the Federal Communications Commission is getting ready to act on censoring the Internet without any approval from Congress.

In what is being called the Fairness Doctrine for the Internet, the FCC is ready to give Obama one of his wishes, net neutrality. The plan is for the FCC to forbid Internet service providers from blocking or favoring any content online. This is the first step of more federal control over the Internet.
