Taco Bell Wants Worthless Paper for 99 Cent Taco Over Gold Coin Backed by Gold
Taco Bell refused to take a gold coin at one of their drive-thrus. Rather, they wanted they wanted the worthless paper the Federal Reserve continues to print. Mark Dice offered Taco Bell and American Eagle one ounce gold coin, and the Taco Bell employee told him that was "for collecting" and not for buying things.
To give you an idea of the employee's ignorance, the coin was worth $1428 based on gold prices at that moment, compared to a one dollar bills printed on worthless paper that's in decline.
Isn't it sad this employee wasn't smart enough to take the coin, give Dice his taco, and take 99 cents out of their own pocket? That wonderful public education system that Obama wants to throw more money is really dishing out the critical thinkers, isn't it?
