Keith Gruber must have known he was going to jail anyway. He defiantly showed up to court for his DWI hearing drunk, drinking a Busch beer with the rest of the six pack he hadn't consumed placed in a bag ready to down when he was finished with his current can. The judge wasn't amused.
The judge asked Gruber if he enjoyed his "liquid lunch" before sending him to jail.
