HB628-FN: New Hampshire Looking to Pass Law to Protect Residents from TSA

Live free or die! That's the motto of New Hampshire, and a new bill introduced in the state house continues that spirit. HB628-FN ""makes the touching or viewing with a technological device of a person’s breasts or genitals by a government security agent without probable cause a sexual assault."

Legislators in Concord are looking at possible punishments for TSA officials.

"Let's put their name on the sex offender registry, and maybe that will tell them New Hampshire means business," said bill co-sponsor Rep. Andrew Manuse, R-Derry.

"That is a crime in this state, and we should charge them every single time," said bill co-sponsor Rep. George Lambert, R-Litchfield.

Unfortunately, not all in New Hampshire subscribe to the live free or die and federalism model that ensures states' rights. Take this idiot Democrat who believes the federal government has the very best of intentions when they grope 9-year olds getting off a train.

"We have to understand that if things need to be changed, they have to be done at the federal level, not the state level," said Rep. Laura Pantelakos, D-Portsmouth.

Have you read the 10th Amendment lately Ms. Pantelakos? What about the 4th Amendment? Good grief! The people who voted Pantelakos in need to ensure she is voted out because she isn't standing up for New Hampshire's states rights.
