As if shooting Tomahawk cruise missiles at the price of over half a million dollars each wasn't enough cost, the illegal war against Libya conducted by Barack Obama just got more expensive while nearly costing two American pilots their lives. An F-15 crashed in Libya. Both pilots ejected and the military is currently searching for one of the pilots.
The military believes the F-15 wasn't shot down.The McDonnell Douglas F-15 costs about $30 million (1998) costs.
