Obama Tells Congress After Military Attack on Libya "We Are Not At War"

Over a hundred cruise missiles were fired at Libya over the weekend. Stealth bombers from Whiteman Air Force Base flew 25 hour missions to deliver large bombs in the attack of Libya. Explosions were heard throughout the northern Africa country all delivered upon the orders of Barack Obama. Obama has an explanation for Congress which you might find laughable.

White House officials told Democratic and Republican congressional aides Tuesday that the U.S. is not at war with Libya and, without laying out a timeline, that the president hopes to hand over control of coalition military operations in the next few days.

It's all for fun right Barry? It's just a game. Nothing more, kind of like playing war in the backyard.

I wonder if the Libyans agree to the White House definition of this not being a war. I guess we will soon find out in time.
