Joel Chandler Detained By the Florida Tollway for Paying Toll With $100 Bill

Further proof the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments are dying. Joel Chandler was driving on a Florida toll road. He paid the toll attendant with a legal $100 bill, which may be a worthless piece of paper but it does say it's backed by the full faith and credit of the United States government. As well, there are plenty of inexpensive ways that ensure it is legal tender.

None the less, Chandler was detained by the tollway and was told he wouldn't be released until he turned over personal information to the tollway.
