Bungalow Bill Climbs the Hill But Doesn't Go Over: Smoky Mountains Getaway

By Friday, I expect to see the "over the hill" 40th Birthday cards come into full swing. For some reason, I am not doing well with the idea of turning 40, which is Friday. So I decided to go prove myself that I still have the youthfulness and the stamina to play where I loved playing when I was in my 20s--the mountains.

So it was off to The Smoky Mountains National Park near Gatlinburg, Tennessee and Cherokee, North Carolina. Amazing! I will put together the stories and pictures for you to enjoy.

To set the record straight. I got to the top of the hill, but I decided not to go over it.
