Regis Philbin is out of control. During the latest Regis and Kelly show (that's still on?) he spanked Nicki Minaj‘s after her performance during the filming in Las Vegas. Philbin said he liked her skin tight outfit and then told her Lil Wayne gave him some advice as he shared some sexual innuendo.

“Go hard,” Regis quipped: “Go hard? Wish I could!”

Minaj's said she was "in shock" after the show.
