Billy Long Tries to Befriend Blake Farenthold in Hopes of Becoming GOP PARTY Buddies During Orientation

Freshman Congressmen are all telling a similar story of Billy Long during his freshman orientation trip to Washington DC. Witnesses at orientation claim Long was distracted, going out of his way to introduce himself to fellow GOP Congressman-elect Blake Farenthold.

Those who saw Long at the event noticed Long was carrying the infamous picture of Farenthold for the first few hours of orientation hoping to track him down to give him an exclusive invite to the Metropolitan Grill with a message, "be sure to bring the talent with you, but lose the ducky PJs."

Long found Farenthold after midday of the second day of orientation. He invited Farenthold to the Metropolitan Grill, while begging Farenthold to give him the secret to attracting the talent. Long told Farenthold they could use more talent at Man Nights at the Metro Grill, and the strippers in Springfield, Missouri, were under attack by Jack Goodman's new laws on exotic dancers, which is what convinced Long to break his promise to Dr. Scott Magill and the Missouri Republican Assembly not to run a negative campaign during the Republican primary.

Farenthold and Long were seen every night after at The Royal Palace with a stack of dollar bills while playing quarters with shot glasses filled with Dewars.
