KMOX's Mark Reardon Describes Sarah Steelman as "Not the Sharpest Knife in the Drawer"

KMOX's Mark Reardon is back in Senatorial news. If you remember, Reardon was the KMOX personality Robin Carnahan ran from during her bid for Senate earlier this fall. It appears Sarah Steelman will be running from Reardon now over the next year and a half or so.

Now with the race for the 2012 Senate seat already in motion after Sarah Steelman decided to start the campaign season just a month after the 2010 midterm elections, it appears Reardon isn't making any friends with Steelman as well. Steelman interviewed with Reardon on KMOX two days ago, and Reardon issued a report card of Steelman immediately after.

Reardon stated, Steelman is "not the sharpest knife in the drawer." Reardon also stated Steelman would not be a strong candidate against Claire McCaskill, describing the interview as painful and without substance. He actually compared her to another political dolt, Russ Carnahan. It appears Reardon understands the Steelman factor is based on the short skirts and the tight blouses more than substance of the actual candidate.

To give Steelman a little credit here, and I do mean little, Reardon does claim the McCaskill is smart woman. I disagree and have noted multiple times what an idiot Claire McCaskill is. It's apparent Steelman isn't a strong candidate either, which I have noted many times even before she announced for the US Senate race. If you need further proof that Steelman isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer watch these two videos.

Now Steelman did fire back on Twitter. I think her tweet only furthers Reardon's point.

Unlike @MarkReardonKMOX, I'm not paid to be glib. Mom of 3 w/ MA in Economics is focused on real issues facing MO. Jobs, deficit spending...

What does being a mom of three have to do with any of this Ms. Steelman? Are you playing the victim hoping to catch the sympathy of other women who have used the miniskirt to advance in life?
