It appears Time Magazine will declare Julian Assange the 2010 Man of the Year. This is interesting since Assange has single handedly exposed the corruption and incompetence of the Obama administration through a series of cables. As well, the cables also expose how out of control the executive branch is in terms of the limits of the Constitution.
