Pulling the Life Support Plug Before the New Year to Escape the Death Tax

The estate tax (aka the death tax) moratorium expires at midnight and the government begins taking large amounts of the estate people have worked all their lives to achieve. Of course, all of the money that was used to build this estate has already been taxed many times over. The death tax is the final insult for citizens of the United States.

Representative King warns that people will be pulling the plug before midnight on December 31 just to escape the tax, and the lame duck Congress isn't moving to extend the moratorium.
