Nancy Pelosi Remains Face of the Democrats in Congress: She Will be the House Minority Leader

Ding dong the witch survived her Democratic colleagues. I don't know if this is really a bad thing either. Nancy Pelosi is such a polarizing figure that she has quickly turned people off the Democratic party after 2008 and has even divided Democrats, specifically the blue dogs who are running from her.

While she did get much criticism with moderates in her party, she won the position of House Minority leader 150 to 43. Her greatest support came from the true liberals in the party who rallied behind her.

So let her be House Minority leader. Sure she's a nasty political figure who really doesn't care for much more than the power of the position. As long as she doesn't get the private plane anymore, I say let here continue to be the poster child for a party that went too far left and has paid a huge price. Let her be the reason their numbers continue to shrink.
