TSA Chief John Pistole Says He Will Review TSA Pat Downs, But Gives No Timetable

The Department of Homeland Security and the TSA hope Americans will soon cool down. They are acknowledging the anger in recent weeks over heightened airport security measures that allow representatives from the federal government to take naked images of your body or grope your private parts as you go through airport security. However, it looks like TSA chief John Pistole's latest rhetoric only buys time in hopes the anger against the TSA dies down.

Pistole told the Washington Post he is willing to look at the methods being used in airports and the complaints but presented no time line in doing son. Apparently it's not a priority to the TSA to uphold your Constitutional rights.

“Pistole said that the TSA will work “quickly” to determine whether there is a viable alternative but that he has no timetable,” reports the Washington Post today.

Gobbledygook! They have no intentions of backing down. In fact, I bet the it gets better before it gets worse, but at least Pistole wants you to think they care. That's what this statement is really all about.

For now, even acknowledging in his statement that there might be problems with the present method, naked body scans and the groping will continue in airports across the country.
